    From June 14 to June 16, 2024, the 2024 China Packaging Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation Conference with the theme of "Promoting Collaborative Innovation of Packaging Industry-University-Research and Accelerating Green and Low-carbon Transformation and Development" was successfully held in Hangzhou. The growth of microorganisms is mainly due to three factors: temperature, oxygen, moisture, oxygen is the main external cause of rancidity, so the pet food packaging must have a good barrier performance to the outside world of oxygen, in order to effectively ensure the quality of pet food in the shelf period. This paper utilizes     GBPI's self-developed N530 2.0 differential pressure gas permeability tester to test the oxygen barrier performance of dog food packaging bags sent by customers to provide technical references for relevant pet food package production and use of enterprises to select the oxygen barrier performance test equipment and test methods. Test Principle: N530 2.0 Gas Transmission Rate Tester adopts the principle of differential pressure method. The treated specimen is placed between the upper and lower chambers, the vacuum pump is used to evacuate the whole gas circuit system, and then an atmospheric pressure of experimental gas is added to the upper chamber to form a constant pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers. In this paper, we use the GBH-2 electronic tensile testing machine independently developed by Guangzhou Standard International to carry out the peeling test of composite film for pickles packaging, introduce the test standard, test equipment, test process, etc., and effectively evaluate the anti-interlayer peeling performance of composite film for pickles packaging. Pickled vegetables is a general term for a variety of vegetable products made from vegetables as the main raw materials and using different pickling techniques. According to the process and auxiliary materials, pickles can be divided into soy sauce, salt pickles, soy sauce pickles, sugar pickles, vinegar pickles, sweet and sour pickles, shrimp oil pickles, brine pickles, bad pickles and so on. Due to the unique aroma of sweet and crispy pickles, or salty and spicy pickles, and their nutritional value, they have won the favour of the masses and have become one of the most popular foodstuffs to accompany meals. Bagging is a common packaging form of pickles, the bag material is mainly plastic composite film, aluminium composite film, etc., generally using vacuum packaging form to prevent pickles rancidity. In the actual use of the process, some pickles finished packaging will appear composite film delamination phenomenon. If the adhesive used in the composite film and the ink used in the external printing of the package is of poor quality and not resistant to high temperature or acid or alkali, it is easy to cause the composite film to reduce the composite fastness of each single layer of the film and the composite film is prone to delamination after high-temperature sterilisation or contact with the acid or alkali components in pickles.     From the analysis of the formation mechanism of printing fastness and test methods, we can better understand the way to improve the printing fastness (mainly on the polyurethane film for discussion).    1. Selection of raw materials In the production of plastic film should be selected when the raw material does not contain or less plastic additives. We can judge the content of additives according to the technical information about the grade, performance and use of the resin. When we have to use raw materials containing more additives, we should also mix them with those without additives.
