    On the afternoon of August 15, 2024, Dean Huang Shiqing of the School of Packaging Engineering at Jinan University, along with Party Secretary Xiong Yuanyuan, Vice Dean Ma Da, Dean's Assistant Xu Xiaowen, and Office Director Zhang Chong, visited GBPI for a tour and exchange. They were warmly received by GBPI's General Manager Zhou Xuehui, Advisor Professor Xiang Hong, and other senior representatives. Accompanied by GM Zhou and Professor Xiang, Dean Huang and the delegation toured GBPI's CNAS laboratory, tri-gas instrument production workshop, and debugging laboratory. GBPI possesses CNAS laboratory and inspection and testing institution (CMA) qualifications, and is recognized as a national "specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative" small giant enterprise and a national standard material development unit. The delegation then visited the comprehensive application scenario exhibition hall, where GM Zhou introduced GBPI's solutions in food and pharmaceutical, new energy, packaging industry, paper and glass, and environmental testing fields. Through the tour, Dean Huang and his team gained an in-depth understanding of GBPI's research capabilities and innovative achievements, and positively affirmed the company's development philosophy and achievements. During the symposium, GM Zhou warmly welcomed the delegation from Jinan University. He detailed GBPI's development and core advantages, and shared the company's talent cultivation philosophy and advanced models. He stated that GBPI always considers university-enterprise cooperation as a crucial development strategy and hopes to collaborate with Jinan University's School of Packaging Engineering to research talent cultivation models for the packaging industry, provide a broader practical platform for Jinan University's faculty and students, and jointly promote high-quality development in the packaging industry. In the exchange discussion, Dean Huang Shiqing elaborated on the faculty strength, talent cultivation model, advanced research achievements, and future development plans of the School of Packaging Engineering at Jinan University. He expressed willingness to work with GBPI to strengthen communication and deepen bilateral cooperation, aiming to cultivate high-quality comprehensive talents for the packaging industry by combining scientific research innovation with industry practice. Only one person should be allowed to conduct experiments in every 20㎡ laboratory. Too many people will cause the laboratory temperature to rise, which will affect the experimental data. At the same time, the temperature control and experimental process should not be frequently entered and exited to reduce the impact of changes in the test environment on the experimental data.The sample should not have creases, pinholes, or gaps.It is forbidden to wipe the instrument housing with alcohol cleaners (such as isopropyl alcohol, anhydrous alcohol, alcohol), otherwise it will cause the housing to crack or scratch.It is recommended to clean the sealing grease remaining in the cavity before loading the sample, and then apply a layer of sealing grease to ensure that there is no leakage.   Maintenance The voltage of the power supply during operation must meet the value allowed by the equipment, otherwise a voltage regulator greater than 1/3 of the actual power should be set. The current allowable value of the power supply line should be greater than 1/3 of the actual current.The instrument must be well grounded when installed.Keep the instrument test environment temperature at 23℃±2℃ and the humidity at 50±10%.The instrument must be installed on a horizontal, solid, stable, and vibration-free table. There is no airflow interference and no strong electromagnetic interference.99.999% high-purity nitrogen must be used for experiments, otherwise the sensor will be damaged.When the gas interface on the back of the instrument is empty, it must be sealed with a blind plug, otherwise it will affect the performance of the gas filter.The cavity seal will age after long-term use and affect the sealing effect, and must be replaced in time.After each experiment, you need to wipe the cavity with pure cotton paper or a clean rag to avoid dirt.When the instrument is not in use, keep it clean and dry and cut off the power supply.If the instrument is not used for a long time, it is recommended to rinse it once a week for 8 hours, and place an aluminum film before rinsing.When cleaning the instrument on a daily basis, it is recommended to use a soft cloth dipped in water or a mild detergent to clean the outside of the instrument regularly. Do not allow dust to enter the test chamber, otherwise it may damage the internal circuit or sensor of the instrument, resulting in unstable readings or no readings.

    Abstract Pet food is specialized in providing food for pets and small animals, and is a high-grade animal food between human food and traditional livestock and poultry feed. Its main nutrients are proteins and fats, which are easy to absorb moisture and agglomerate or be oxidized and decomposed by microorganisms under the action of certain temperature, oxygen and moisture, resulting in the loss of nutrients and even deterioration, so it is required that the barrier performance of the pet food packaging should be good. This paper utilizes GBPI's self-developed N530 2.0 Gas Transmission Rate Tester to test the oxygen transmission rate of dog food bags sent by customers, and introduces the testing instrument, testing principle, testing process, etc., which provides an effective solution for monitoring the oxygen barrier performance of pet food packaging bags. With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, more and more people have pets. People use pets as a support for their feelings and to meet our emotional needs, corresponding to the rapid development of the pet food industry, the market competition is gradually fierce, the importance of pet food packaging has gradually come to the fore.     Abstract: Peeling force is to evaluate the composite film peeling performance indicators, the size of the value reflects the composition of the composite film monolayer membrane composite fastness. Low peeling force of composite film materials, after making the contents of the bag packaging is prone to delamination phenomenon, resulting in composite film impact resistance, puncture resistance and other physical and mechanical properties and barrier properties decline, affecting the appearance and quality of the product. In this paper, we use the GBH-2 electronic tensile testing machine independently developed by Guangzhou Standard International to carry out the peeling test of composite film for pickles packaging, introduce the test standard, test equipment, test process, etc., and effectively evaluate the anti-interlayer peeling performance of composite film for pickles packaging. Pickled vegetables is a general term for a variety of vegetable products made from vegetables as the main raw materials and using different pickling techniques. According to the process and auxiliary materials, pickles can be divided into soy sauce, salt pickles, soy sauce pickles, sugar pickles, vinegar pickles, sweet and sour pickles, shrimp oil pickles, brine pickles, bad pickles and so on. Due to the unique aroma of sweet and crispy pickles, or salty and spicy pickles, and their nutritional value, they have won the favour of the masses and have become one of the most popular foodstuffs to accompany meals.   Bagging is a common packaging form of pickles, the bag material is mainly plastic composite film, aluminium composite film, etc., generally using vacuum packaging form to prevent pickles rancidity. In the actual use of the process, some pickles finished packaging will appear composite film delamination phenomenon. If the adhesive used in the composite film and the ink used in the external printing of the package is of poor quality and not resistant to high temperature or acid or alkali, it is easy to cause the composite film to reduce the composite fastness of each single layer of the film and the composite film is prone to delamination after high-temperature sterilisation or contact with the acid or alkali components in pickles. On the other hand, if the composite film using the adhesive coating amount is too low or too thick, or uneven coating, will also cause the composite film between the layers of film composite fastness is poor, easy to occur delamination. Once the phenomenon of delamination occurs, the bag composite film impact resistance, puncture resistance and other physical and mechanical properties will decline, resulting in easy rupture of the bag, leakage; at the same time will also affect the composite film on the outside world of oxygen barrier properties, resulting in an increase in the amount of oxygen through the packaging contents are prone to deterioration, flavour, and seriously affect the appearance of the product and product quality....
