Working principle
The friction coefficient tester clamps the test sample with a sample holder, and at the same time wraps the slider with the sample to be tested, and then places the slider on the hanging hole of the sensor. Under a certain contact pressure, the gear is driven by the motor The bar moves the sensor, that is, moves the two test surfaces relative to each other. The force signal measured by the sensor is amplified by the integrator and sent to the recorder. At the same time, the dynamic friction coefficient and the static friction coefficient are recorded separately.
Test method of friction coefficient meter:
1. Fix the test surface of a sample on the horizontal test bench evenly. The length of the sample and the test bench should be parallel.
2. Put the test surface of the other sample downward, wrap the slider, and fix the pattern on the front and upper surface of the slider with tape.
3. Place the fixed slide block in the center of the first specimen without impact, and make the test direction of the two specimens parallel to the direction of the slide block and the force measuring system is just free of force.
4. The first peak of the force is the static friction force Fs. The average value (excluding static friction force) of the force within 60 mm of the relative movement of the two patterns is the dynamic friction force Fd.
5. If the force value oscillates after the static friction, the dynamic friction cannot be measured. At this time, the spring between the slider and the load cell should be cancelled, and the dynamic friction force should be measured separately. Due to inertial errors, this measurement is not suitable for static friction.
6. Measurement of film (sheet) on other materials When determining the friction performance of plastic film (sheet) on the surface of other materials, the plastic film (sheet) should be fixed on the slider, and the samples of other materials should be fixed on the horizontal test bench. The other steps are the same as above.
7. Test: Turn on the power switch on the rack control panel and press the "Test" button to enter the display interface. Press the "Test" button again to do the test. The test will stop automatically in 28 seconds. During the test, the testing machine will automatically display the force curve and calculate the result. Press the "Return" button to return to the original position. If you want to print, press the "Print" button. If the test piece is tested for the second time, the procedure is the same as above.

Maintenance and maintenance of friction coefficient meter:
In order to keep the friction coefficient meter in a good working condition and have a long service life, the testing machine must be maintained regularly.
1. Before each test, install the test piece on the workbench after making it as required by the standard.
2. When changing the sample, the load cell is very sensitive, do not touch it, otherwise it will cause damage.
3. After the test is finished and the power is turned off, the testing machine should be cleaned and put away for the next use.
4. When the testing machine is not used for a long time, proper amount of lubricating oil should be injected into the rotating part regularly to ensure the good working condition of the machine.
