The importance of the perfect seal in the packaging business cannot be overstated. Sealing is the most fundamental and important function of any packaging, ensuring that items are effectively protected from moisture and isolated from the air. The word "seal" literally means that there is no exchange at all between the contents of the packaging container and what is outside. A successful package always depends on the effectiveness of its sealing properties. A well-designed package can lose its sealing properties if the sealing process is not up to standard. That's why you should use the GBPI Lab Heat Sealer to ensure that your consumers are provided with the right product.
The Heat Sealer is an accurate test instrument for applying pressure and heat at high temperatures to seal flexible packaging items and other thermoplastic materials. This laboratory heat sealer is used in a wide range of industries including plastic film, flexible packaging laminates, coated paper, aluminum foil and more, and is equipped with advanced features such as an adjustable heat sealer, a digital display for accurate readings and pneumatic controls. This consistent and easy-to-use laboratory test instrument will use heat and pressure to heat seal flexible packaging products. Here we will show how to operate this lab test equipment with ease and get accurate test results.
Introduction of the laboratory heat sealing machine
Testing your packaged products beforehand will help you avoid product rejection. In situations where products are susceptible to damage by external factors, a perfect seal is of utmost importance. That's why we at GBPI are considered the leading manufacturer of laboratory heat sealers in China to help you easily seal flexible packaging films and other thermostatic materials. Packaging that passes tests such as water vapor transmission rate and oxygen transmission rate is also crucial when it comes to making products functional and with strong barrier properties. So, if you want to extend the shelf life of your packaged items, make sure they are securely sealed and have water vapor and oxygen barrier properties.
GBPI's laboratory testing equipment will help you ensure that your products are perfectly sealed. You can easily determine the effectiveness of your packaging and ensure that you do not face any product failures. It is equipped with an efficient controller that does an excellent job of controlling the temperature range with the highest precision. Below we have listed the features and technical specifications of the Chamber Heat Sealer.
1 Upper and lower heat seal bars have independent temperature control and setting.
2 Use compressed air, pneumatic drive.
3 Automatic and manual modes; foot switch for manual mode.
4 Support customize size, shape and smoothness of heat seal bar.
5 Support upgrade heat seal bar with anti-sticking function.
6 The equipment adopts digital P.I.D. temperature control to make it more accurately; Temperature calibration is simple.
7 RS232 interface, experimental data can be exported quickly.

Two ways: automatic or manual, external air cylinder |
(1) PV is the display window of temperature process value with two functions: Running Mode: Display the present value (PV); Setting Mode: Display the internal parameter name.
(2) SV is the display window of temperature setting value with two functions: Running Mode: Display the setting value (SV) of the control target; Setting Mode: Display the current setting value of the parameter.
(3) The first key from the left is MODE, which is used to enter the parameter group setting, return to the running mode, switch the parameter group and save the setting value.
(4) The second key from the left is the setting value adjustment key (shift key), which is used to enter the setting value change mode or to shift the number of digits.
(5) The third key from the left is for the setting value to decrease.
(6) The fourth key from the left is for the setting value to increase.
(Note: The actual heat sealing control range of this instrument: room temperature ~ 250 ℃, do not use beyond the range!)
After entering the state of the parameter to be modified, you can operate other keys to achieve the purpose of the desired modification. As shown in Figure 4-2.When a larger value needs to be set, press and hold the key ▲ or ▼ and the setting value will be quickly added or subtracted to shorten the setting time.
