High purity nitrogen hydrogen and air gas generator for gas chromatography

    Working Principle The spouts go through the hopper and the vibrating feeding tray to the ready position, and is pushed by the spouts to hang on the spouts bracket and rotate with the rotating disc to the pouch processing station. After taking the pouch and turning it over, the pouch to be processed is put on the pouch  fixture on the spout (located directly above the spout holder), the pouch and the spouts are moved together with the turntable to the heat-sealing station for heat-sealing, and the front and rear heat-sealing knives are closed for heat-sealing treatment. The good pouch is pushed by the push-out mechanism to the finished bag storage section for storage. The untreated waste bags are automatically removed with the movement of the turntable to the waste bag rejection port. Test Principle Firstly submerge the specimen in the water in the vacuum chamber, and then evacuate the vacuum chamber to form differential pressure between the inside and outside of specimen. The seal property can be obtained by observing the steady progression of bubbles from the specimen or observing how the specimen expands and restores to its original shape after vacuum release.

The tear tester (elemendorf method) tests the tear resistance of paper, film, PVC, polyolefin, polyester, composite film, sheet, non-woven fabric, textile, paper, and board, etc. It is controlled by computer automatically and can be tested independently.

The test specimen is preferably cut from the new test piece and, if desired, may be cut from the finished product. At least 3 specimens shall be required for per test condition. The standard length of the specimen is not less than 10mm, and thickness not less than 0.2mm.
